Acceptance of Terms
By booking a consultation, purchasing a coaching package, or otherwise using my services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and my Privacy Policy.
Services Provided
ConnectIN Coaching offers personal training, online coaching, nutrition coaching, and running coaching services. Services may be delivered in person, virtually, or through a combination of both methods.
I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of my services at any time with reasonable notice to active clients.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your health, fitness level, and goals
- Consult with a physician before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program
- Follow program guidelines and communicate any concerns or challenges
- Attend scheduled sessions on time and provide advance notice for cancellations
- Treat coaching interactions with professionalism and respect
Medical Disclaimer
Important: I am not a medical doctor, physical therapist, or registered dietitian. The coaching, guidance, and information I provide are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended as medical advice.
You should consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, especially if you:
- Have any pre-existing medical conditions
- Are pregnant or postpartum
- Have a history of injury or chronic pain
- Are taking medications that may affect your ability to exercise
- Have any concerns about your health or fitness
By using my services, you acknowledge that you are participating in physical activity at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConnectIN Coaching and Shannon Webb shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation in coaching services or use of information provided.
You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in my programs.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is required in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. I accept payment through Stripe and other authorized payment methods.
Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Existing clients will be notified of price changes before renewal.
All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
Cancellations and Refunds

Intellectual Property
All content provided through my services, including but not limited to training programs, workout plans, nutrition guidance, educational materials, and resources, are the intellectual property of ConnectIN Coaching and are protected by copyright.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content provided without express written permission.
Confidentiality
I respect your privacy and will keep your personal information, health data, and coaching conversations confidential, except as required by law or as described in my Privacy Policy.
Termination
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. In the event of termination:
- Prepaid services will be honored according to the original agreement
- Unused sessions may be subject to the refund policy
- All confidential information remains protected
I reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that is abusive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.
Changes to Terms
I may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of my services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of my services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes will be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which ConnectIN Coaching operates.
